The Company

Our client is a dynamic and contemporary leading provider of flexible office space. With a highly supportive and collaborative approach to their occupiers, they create a uniquely personal professional space. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are recruiting for a General Manager for their Southampton location.

Role objectives

  • Create a proactive, empowering workplace for our client’s team and members through your leadership

  • Deliver stabilised occupancy

  • Achieve location budget and KPI’s

  • Oversee compliance across all departments

  • Build partnerships with third party service providers

Role responsibilities


  • Manage a pipeline of sales through proactive and reactive management of leads

  • Issue licenses within the framework, agreeing concession via approval process

  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on sales and finance

  • Manage broker and agent partnerships proactively

Team & Leadership:

  • Oversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement

  • Assist with recruitment of team members

  • Create and manage ongoing personal development plans for your team


  • Basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000 - dependant on experience- plus benefits (including healthcare) and bonus.

Experience in flexi offices would be advantageous but our client will also consider candidates from hospitality or corporate sales backgrounds.
