Our client is a substantial private property Investment Company with a large directly managed commercial and residential portfolio, with a Central London concentration.
In a newly created in-house role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Property Management team in the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across our client’s vast commercial and residential portfolio. The candidate will report to key internal and external stakeholders and will represent the business and build strong relationships with their occupiers in their delivery of facilities management services.
This role will oversee the day-to-day facilities operations across all the properties in the portfolio. These operations include, maintenance, helpdesk support, cleaning, power downs, service issues and complaints.
NEBOSH preferred or IOSH essential
Proven Residential Facilities Management experience
Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Hard & soft Facilities Management experience essential
Knowledge and understanding in preparation of service charge budgets
Awareness of the section 20 consultation process
A basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000- dependant on experience- plus corporate benefits and bonus.
