Role Overview
Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, you will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, and analysis of key property related non-financial and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related information.
Responsibilities
Sourcing, structuring, maintaining and analysing portfolio-wide data sets of non-financial operating information and related to ESG initiatives specifically
Working with ESG specialist to track, report and target new projects in the portfolio’s critical sustainability initiative
Use existing data for scenario analysis and create related analytical models to reduce long-term costs
Creating analytical models to reduce long-term costs
Working with other departments to perform specific tenant research and target prospective clients
Establish quality control checks and procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
The candidate must possess the following:
Work experience in the broader finance or real estate fields
Prior experience working in an analytical capacity with data sets (this could be through internships)
Interest in portfolio and property-level asset management decision making and capital allocation strategy
Interest in ESG
Ability to sort, analyse, and aggregate data quickly, accurately, and in a presentable format
Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of and prior experience using Excel macros and VBA, database query languages (e.g. SQL, Python), and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
European language skills are a major plus but not required.
Remuneration
Basic salary up to £45,000 - dependant on experience- plus benefits and bonus package.
