​The Company

Our client is a private Investment Company with a large directly managed mixed-use portfolio, with a particular Central London concentration. This role will focus on the commercial portfolio- mixed-use business space led assets.

​

Role responsibilities

  • Leading and implementing agreed AM leasing initiatives including capex programmes, new lettings, lease regears, renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations

  • Ensuring each asset is in a ‘ready-to-lease’ position

  • Maintaining a proactive and pre-emptive approach to tenant and event engagement.

  • Assisting with the sales transactions process

  • Assisting with the formulation of asset plans for existing assets and prospective purchases.

  • Assisting with the cost-benefit-analysis of individual asset management initiatives.


Candidate profile

  • MRICS (2-4years PQE) qualified with experience in Central London market focused asset management, agency or lease advisory.

  • Strong track record of dynamic leasing activity.

  • Good understanding of rent reviews, renewals and dilapidations

  • Excellent industry agent contacts.

  • Strong negotiation and sharp commercial acumen.

  • Solid analytical skills

Remuneration

A likely basic salary range of up to £65,000- dependent on prior experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.
