Role Summary:

A prominent central London Estate is seeking an Asset Manager to join their Asset Management team on a fixed term contract (c. 12 months). Working on a dynamic central London portfolio, the role will manage a mixture of retail, residential and offices assets.

The fixed term contract will commence in September 2023 and will run for 12 months from then.

Key role responsibilities:

The focus of the role is to assist with the efficient and effective asset management of the prominent central London portfolio. Performing the asset management of the operational and non-operational property portfolio and its successful leasing, role responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Providing support to the Property Director and assisting with input into the portfolio's strategic direction and business plan.

  • Assisting with the review, preparation and implementation of individual asset and business plans.

  • Driving sustainable rental growth through new leasing initiatives, rent reviews and lease renewals.

  • Identifying opportunities and overseeing the delivery of small works projects and development initiatives.

  • Assisting in obtaining VP to assemble development sites through 54 Act and other avenues.

  • Develop relationships with existing retailers and key stakeholders.

Experience/ Knowledge  

  • MRICS

  • Experience in asset management, with a good landlord and tenant focus

  • Likely range of 3-5 years’ PQE experience, ideally working with high profile retail or mixed use portfolios or estates

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration:

This role's basic salary which will be dependent on previous experience, plus entitlement to corporate benefits and a discretionary bonus.
