Our client is a leading investment and asset manager focused on town centre and retail assets across the UK. The team have a strong track record in repositioning community retail and town centres, and work with leading equity investors, Local Authorities and a broad range of lenders across both equity and debt markets.

Key Responsibilities

Asset level:

• managing your allocated shopping centres.

• targets set within the agreed business plans for each asset.

• and executing value-add opportunities.

• wider consultant teams

• liaison including occupiers.

• development management

• assets for sale, as and when appropriate.

• delivery of the agreed reporting in an accurate and timely fashion.

Acquisitions:

The successful candidate will participate in new acquisitions processes not only for existing clients but also for potential new mandates. This will require assisting in:

• rental levels and tenant demand for schemes

• an asset management strategy for a potential asset

• with analysis of operational issues

• tenant audits

Core Skills and Experience

• Experience in retail property management or asset management role (essential). Shopping centre management experience would be of particular interest.

• Numerical

• Intermediate level Excel skills

​

Remuneration

The basic salary of the role will be dependant on the previous experience and level of the successful individual but the salary is expected to be up to £60,000 -£65,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
