​Our client, a well thought of multi-asset family office, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their real estate team that manages a national portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Working with the head of Asset Management on the commercial assets, the ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative individual, with demonstrable multi-sector asset management experience.

Role Overview

Working within the Asset Management team, alongside the Investment team, the primary role will focus on a full range of asset management responsibilities including:

  • Recommending & implementing longer-term asset strategies.

  • Identifying and appraising value creation projects.

  • Recommending, appraising & overseeing refurbishments and other capital projects.

  • Overseeing leasing events.

  • Marketing vacant space.

  • Overseeing the property management, facilities management and accounting teams.


Beneficial Qualifications & Skills

  • RICS qualified

  • Prior asset management experience

  • Multi sector experience

  • Previous investment experience helpful but not a requirement

Remuneration

The salary level for this role will be dependant on experience- the client is considering candidates at both Asset and Senior Asset Manager levels. At either role level, there will be corporate benefits for the successful candidate.
