​Asset Manager/ Senior Asset Manager

Our client is a leading investment and asset manager focused on town centre and retail assets across the UK. With c. £1 billion under management and growing, this client is a market leader of repositioning community retail and town centres, working with leading equity investors, Local Authorities and a broad range of lenders across both equity and debt markets.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Asset managing up to five shopping centres.

• Hitting the agreed business plans for each asset using research and analysis as required.

• Identifying and executing value-add opportunities and leading development management.

• Preparing the assets for sale, as and when appropriate.

• Investor Management- taking responsibility for delivery of the agreed business plan strategies.

• Identifying and developing new relationships that have the potential to generate revenue for the business.

• Acquisitions- working on acquisitions for existing clients and potential new mandates.

Core Skills and Experience

​

• Experience in retail real estate within an asset management role (ideally). Retail agency candidates will also be considered.

• Presenting to investors.

• Minimum intermediate level of Excel skills to deliver the supporting reports.

Remuneration

The basic salary of the role will be dependant on experience and the level of the hire (Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager) but is expected to be up to c. £75,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
