Our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager for their new Brussels site.
The Role:
The assistant manager takes on responsibility for the location, team and performance in the Community Manager’s absence and manages day to day operations to deliver member experience, compliance and operational standards.
The role takes the lead on the essential elements of administrative, compliance and operational based task, sales as required. It’s a varied role with role responsibilities within the following broad areas:
Trading & Business Performance
People, Community & Culture including:
supervision of the building ground floor reception and our client’s coworking space team
member engagement and monitoring member feedback
assisting with recruitment, on boarding and ongoing training of team members.
Safety, Compliance & Operations
The candidate:
Candidates will be from a premium flex or serviced office background with location management experience, or from an operations orientated hotel management background
Fluency in both French and English is required
Remuneration:
The role is paying up to €3,200 per month, dependant on prior experience, plus benefits and an annual bonus.
