This market leading company is seeking an Assistant Manager for their iconic Bristol location to work closely with the General Manager.
Role Responsibilities
The role will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
Trading & Business Performance
Support the achievement of the locations occupancy and average desk rate targets
Issue licenses within the framework
People, Community & Culture
Take part in regular routine of contact with your members.
Support your general manager in the supervision of the team
Assist with recruitment, on boarding and ongoing training of team
Ensuring new member move in’s are managed well
Safety, Compliance & Operations
Ensure brand standards are adhered to across the location, conduct walk rounds and audits as required.
Remuneration
Basic salary expected to be c. £30,000- dependant on experience- plus benefits and bonus.
Candidates can either come from a variety of professional backgrounds including the flex office/ serviced office, student accommodation and hospitality industries.
