The Company

Our client is a dynamic and contemporary leading provider of flexible office space. With a highly supportive and collaborative approach to their occupiers, they create a uniquely personal professional space.

As their European portfolio continues to grow, the business is recruiting an Assistant Manager for their newly developed site in The Hague which has over 200 desks, a lounge and meeting rooms and is due to open in November 2023.

Role Responsibilities

Working alongside the General Manager, the role will have a wide range of responsibilities including:

Trading & Business Performance

  • Support the management of a pipeline of sales through proactive prospecting of leads.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, leasing stats and occupancy.

  • Participate in the creation of content suggestions for social media and other channels.

People, Community & Culture

  • Work with your General Manager to deliver a calendar of community activities/events to enhance community engagement.

  • Ensure that interactions with your members and tenants in person and via virtual communications are meeting and exceeding expectations.

  • Capture, resolve and report all tenant issues ensuring.

  • Ensure all safety measures and regulations are adhered to.

  • Assist with recruitment of location team members.

  • Ensure brand standards are adhered to across the location.

Candidates can either come from a flexible office or hospitality management background.
