Building Surveyor – Office occupier fit-out - London.

We are currently working with a dynamic multi award winning commercial consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to delivering projects within London’s creative, fashion and technology space.  They are continuing to expand their team of bright, enthusiastic, driven individuals and are looking for an MRICS (or currently undertaking APC) Building Surveyor with experience in occupier office fit-out to join their team.

Remuneration:
£45,000 - £50,000 with targeted bonus c.£10k - £20k on individual revenue

The Role:
The Building Surveyor will join a dynamic team in their east London office and be primarily responsible for working with occupier clients and helping them to delivery their new office spaces, including strategic advice on new commercial leases and their existing lease dilapidations.  Core parts of the role will include delivering building surveys, schedule of condition and dilapidation reviews for existing commercial spaces and working with the project management team to oversee the rectification and refurbishment projects valued between £10k and £3 million. 

They have an exceptional client base predominantly within the creative, fashion and tech industries and therefore are looking for someone who is keen to work within these fast-paced environment.  They are ideally looking for a recently MRICS qualified Building Surveyor who is ambitious and looking to drive their career forward in a reward-based environment.

What we are looking for:

  • MRICS qualified (or currently undertaking) with a Degree in Building Surveying

  • Experience in Commercial office dilapidations, condition surveys and CAT B refurbishment and fit-out projects.

  • Experience in client engagement / business development or keen interest in developing your skills in this area.

  • Personality:  Fun, social, ambitious, and commercially astute with future leader potential.
