Client-side Part II / III Architect – High-end residential and commercial developments – London
Our client is an exceptionally dynamic investor, developer, and manager within the high-end residential and commercial mixed-use London market. Due to their current development and future acquisition pipeline, they are looking for a technically astute Part II/III Architect to join their London team. This is a client-side opportunity, overseeing the delivery of high-end development projects with good future growth potential.
Remuneration:
£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits + Bonus
The successful Part II/III qualified Architect will report into the Head of Design / Development and will work across their portfolio of high-end residential, grade A office and high-end hospitality projects in central London with construction costs between £5 million and c£20 million. This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved across the full development lifecycle although the core role will be front end focused preparing the technical architecture and design drawings, using CAD and Microstation, contributing towards planning and working with the external consultants (MEP, Acoustic, structural, fire) and overseeing the design management through project build.
You will be joining small close-knit team and they are looking for a passionate and driven individual who will be a team player but also have the ability to think outside the box and will work with the individual to gain their Part III if required and progress their career up into a senior Architect or Project Architect role.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Architecture with Part II or III completed.
5+ years’ experience within high-end residential, and office led mixed use sectors with good technical drawing experience.
Software experience to include CAD, MicroStation and experience in 3D modelling (Revit) preferable.
Good eye for detail, a passion for delivering a high-end product and a proactive, loyal and friendly persona.
