COMMUNITY MANAGER- FLEX OFFICE SPACE LOCATION - SOUTH EAST LONDON

The Company

Our client is a dynamic and contemporary provider of flexible office space. The business has sustainability and community ingrained in their corporate vision and values, and with a highly supportive and collaborative approach to their occupiers, they create a uniquely personal professional space. For their iconic South East London site, our client is recruiting a Community Manager.

Role objectives

With responsibility for the performance of the location, this individual will take the lead on delivering commercial performance, overall member experience and organising their team to ensure day to day operations are delivered to standard:

  • Deliver, with your team and wider stakeholders (including sales), the location’s balance score card objectives.

  • Manage a proactive, empowering and safe workplace for your colleagues and members.

  • Build partnership/values driven relationships with the third-party service providers to maintain service level agreement (SLA) standards.

  • Ownership of P&L, delivering budgeted profit.

  • Conduct private office tours as and when required by the sales team.

  • Deliver budgeted revenue targets for all membership types such as dedicated desks, club lounge memberships, day passes and other ancillary income streams.

  • Proactively manage renewals process in line with target desk rate

  • Manage costs/expenditure in line with budget and drive efficiencies.

  • Attend industry relevant networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organisations.

  • Manage recruitment process for your own location hires.

  • Oversee health & safety policy adherence/compliance within the location.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will ideally be from a flex or serviced office background with both sales and location management experience. Exceptional hospitality management candidates from a hotel background will also be considered where they have had a demonstrable sales focus.

Remuneration:

The likely salary for this role is up to £45,000 - dependent on experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.
