Our client is an established development company that covers every aspect of the delivery process for new buildings and the repositioning of existing properties across all sectors in the UK. Working in JVs with major institutional investors, our client has developed a range of schemes from offices, industrial and hotels throughout the country and has an extensive development programme.
Our client is seeking a Development Analyst to sit across the development and finance teams with a key role in managing development appraisals, maintaining cash flows throughout the development process and reporting to the board and JV partners. The candidate will also be involved in preparing pitches for new opportunities and assisting with other development related tasks.
This is an ideal role for a numerical surveyor with up to 2 years PQE looking to gain further development experience working closely with board directors.
Required Skills and Experience
MRICS preferred, not essential.
Multi sector experience to date.
Experience working at a UK property practice, consultancy, or developer.
Strong understanding of real estate valuation and finance concepts.
Exposure to development appraisals.
Analytical and able to maintain and modify financial models in Excel using formula.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience producing reports and presentation materials.
Degree level Qualification.
Genuine interest in Real Estate Development and willing to learn.
An expected salary range of £50,000 - £55,000- dependant on experience-plus benefits and bonus.
