Development Project Manager – £20+ million Residential development - London

Our client is an established and award-winning investor developer with a multibillion pound global portfolio. Their UK market has a focus on prime residential mixed-use developments across London and larger 1000+ regeneration schemes. They are currently looking for a Development Project Manager to join their London team.

Remuneration:

£70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits + Bonsu c.10 – 20%

The Role:

The successful Development Project Manager will be joining small team within the UK arm of this developer and will report into the head of acquisitions and development. The position will involve overseeing the 360 development process with initial heavy involvement in the front end due diligence, design and planning. They are looking for an ambitious individual who had developer up from a chartered architect background into the 360 development project management role preferably within the residential and high-end private sale space.

They are an exceptionally driven team with substantial financial backing, so this represents a great opportunity to join a business that is expanding rapidly in the UK market.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Project Management
  • RIBA II/III qualified or MRICS qualified preferred but not essential
  • Experience in high-end residential new build development
  • Working knowledge of building regulations, technical building specifications, planning application processes and construction delivery
  • Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages and design CAD work
