Development Project Manager – Residential PRS and Placemaking specialist – London
Our client is an award-winning UK investment, development and management business who due to securing further development sites are looking for a Development Project Manager to join their London team. They have an exceptional development pipeline, and the role will be focused on the buoyant residential private-rental-sector (PRS) and affordable housing and offers good career progression.
Remuneration:
£60,000 - £65,000 + leading benefits package + Bonus
The Role:
The Development Project Manager will join a small London team reporting into an Associate Director of Development and will get involved in the full cradle to grave development process. You will be responsible for the RIBA 3 – 6 development management of a number of mid to large scale £5 million - £30+ million development projects as well as inputting into the front-end feasibility, appraisals, development agreements and planning stages for forthcoming developments.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who has solid project management experience and looking to develop their front-end development skills within residential led mixed use schemes. Requirements:
Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Architecture
Ideally circa 5+ years’ experience within development, preferably of large multi-unit residential PRS / BTR developments, but other asset classes acceptable.
Core experience in project delivery and some exposure to front end appraisals and master planning would be advantageous
Good high level reporting experience and people management skills
Engaging, commercially astute and ambitious.
