OVERVIEW OF ROLE
A dynamic private equity owned flex office brand is looking for a Director of Acquisitions or Head of Acquisitions (title flexible but dependent on level of experience and preference) to create new location opportunities for them, primarily in central London for the foreseeable future. In a newly created role, this individual will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to HOT, working with the leaders in both the PE firm and the flex operator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading & Business Performance
Prospecting leads for conventional office space and also management agreements among key landlords within key target cities (with an initial focus on Central London).
Establish and manage qualification process for leads to ensure base level of desk number, ancillary revenues and lease up levels are considered.
Negotiate contract terms with prospective landlords to ensure commercial and operational objectives can be met.
Ongoing management post contracting of landlord relations including performance review and reporting, dispute resolution and ongoing contract negotiations/retention of contracts.
People
Develop relationships with agents, landlord and key external stakeholders, networking and cultivating relationships and industry profile through in person event attendance/sponsorship/speaker engagements.
Deliver handover to operations at deal sign stage, communicating terms/SLA expectations and provisions to operations team to ensure successful mobilisation/lease up.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong existing relationships with key London office landlords, owners and investors
Strong existing relationships with key London agents
Strong deal track record in the central London office market
Ability to source, negotiate and execute transactions
Management of sales pipeline and CRM systems
REMUNERATION
The salary for this role is to be agreed with the successful candidate as this is a new position, but it is expected that the basic salary will be up to £110,000 plus a rewarding bonus/ commission structure and benefits.
