​The Company

Our client is a dynamic and contemporary leading provider of flexible office space. With a highly supportive and collaborative approach to their occupiers, they create a uniquely personal professional space. As the portfolio continues to grow, the business is recruiting a General Manager for their new South East London site which is currently being developed and will have c. 800 desks. The successful candidate will join pre-opening and will help with the mobilisation and opening of the site location.

Role objectives

  • Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey, providing great service.

  • Create a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community through your leadership

  • Deliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI’s

Role responsibilities

Trading & Business Performance

  • Create, implement, review and revise your location sales plan  

  • Manage a pipeline of sales through proactive and reactive management of leads

  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on sales and finance

People, Community & Culture

  • Create a proposed calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement

  • Establish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectations

  • Assist with recruitment and training of new team members for your location

  • Create and manage ongoing personal development plans for your team

The candidate

The successful candidate will ideally be from a flexi or serviced office background with location management experience.

Exceptional hospitality management candidates from a hotel background will also be considered where they have had location management and sales experience.


A basic salary of c.£45,000 - dependant on experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.
