Working for a leading global school portfolio, this is a new Global Estate Manager position. With a focus on compliance and property management, this individual with report to the CLO and will cover properties in 30+ countries around the world. Role Responsibilities:
Likely role responsibilities will include:
Property and estate Management:
Day to day management of international property portfolio and estate management.
Advising leadership team on (re)location and right-sizing, supporting potential expansion.
Establish strong internal processes and regular communication with property owners to ensure smooth functioning of leased real estate while maximizing revenue.
Routinely review and analyse the Company’s real estate portfolio to plan for upcoming lease renewals, identify assets that are not profitable, and provide innovative solutions.
Suggest objectives and goals for each property with regard to leasing.
Compliance:
Manage, update, and maintain property database working closely with central, regional, and school teams.
Ensuring operational properties are occupied in accordance with lease terms.
Understand key elements of lease agreements that impact accounting treatment and the financial statements of the Company.
Undertake sufficient due diligence in the underwriting of lease agreements.
Experience, qualifications and qualities:
MRICS qualification.
Proven & extensive experience working with estates/asset management incl Landlord & Tenant matters.
Experience dealing with an international property portfolio- important.
Sound understanding of valuation fundamentals and property market pricing.
Experience working with senior management teams
Confident negotiator, good communicator, and dynamic personality with self-motivated attitude to work.

Remuneration
The basic salary of the role will be dependent on experience but will likely be up to £69,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
