Graduate / Associate Recruitment Consultant – Real Estate & Development - London

As a start-up we have experienced exceptional success over the last two years working with clients across the investment, development and management space and are looking hire an intelligent and dynamic graduate who is looking to develop a career within recruitment and executive search.
What we offer:
· Basic salary of c. £22,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
· Uncapped leading commission / bonus structure OTE year 1, £35,000 year 2, £50,000+.
· Benefits include Pension, 24 days holiday, flexible working - 2 days at home / 3 days in office, company trips abroad and high-level development and training.

The successful graduate will join the team at our Victoria office and will work closely with the directors and consultants to develop their industry knowledge and gain training in and exposure to the full 360 recruitment and retained search process. You will assist in search mandates for some of the leading private equity, investment, property development and consultancy clients across the UK and Europe and be trained in all aspects of the search process from role qualification, benchmarking, candidate attraction, advertising, market mapping, head hunting, interviewing and shortlisting.
We envisage the first 6 months of the role to be focused on the most important candidate attraction piece of the role rotating across different search mandates to build you overall Real Estate and Development knowledge. The second 6 months would include more involvement in broader areas of the search and recruitment processes and after the first 12 months, this person would then have the opportunity to discuss with us their preference going forward in terms of recruitment method (search or contingency) and discipline focus (Real Estate or Development).
The successful graduate will be intelligent, have a can-do mind set and good communication skills to work within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Our business operates with a flat structure, and we want everyone to work as an integral member of the Falmouth Fairfax team and be able to input into the success and direction of the company.
