​Background:

A tech loving, entrepreneurial flexi office provider is seeking a Head of Acquisitions to join their growing team, enabling the business to significantly grow in the coming years and taking advantage of the growing demand for flexible and customer focused workspace.

Working directly with the CEO, this role allows someone to take ownership of the sourcing of new buildings for our client across London and some regional locations as they expand rapidly.

The successful candidate will be leading our client’s property acquisition strategy, sourcing and negotiating deals for them, and operating independently in a startup culture.

The role:

Likely role responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing on and off market deals across London and the UK

• Qualifying opportunities with a view to increasing both the deal flow and the speed to proposal

• Developing relationships with landlords, agents and key individuals within the property industry

• Pitching the business as the partner of choice to landlords and negotiating terms with them

• Hitting acquisitions targets to enable company growth

The person:

• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial surveyor / dealing with acquisitions with a commercial focus

• Proven experience sourcing new deal flow for leasehold commercial space (London office experience is essential)

• Experience managing relationships with agents and landlords at a senior level

• Commercially astute - experience with deal structures and reviewing financial models

• A uniquely analytical thinker - data driven but with a creative eye
