​Company and Role Objectives:

Our client is a leading advisor in the industrial and logistics sector and working in partnership with the Real Estate arm of a global investment manager who are going live with a series fund later this year.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the appraisal of new acquisitions and existing development programmes for last mile logistics and mid-box in urban areas across the UK and have an appetite to work up to a deal originating role over time.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyse and underwrite investment opportunities and prepare/present investment analysis

• Run due diligence processes with the support of internal and external functions

• Assist in the execution of transactions including deal negotiations, structuring, completions and debt financings

• Liaise with key stakeholders to support key underwriting assumptions

• Prepare business plans and present at investment committees

• Participate in meetings with investors, clients and advisors

• Play a key role in deal screening meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working in a Real Estate investment manager, investment bank, private equity firm, or advisory firm

• Demonstrable experience working on Real Estate acquisitions

• Numerate with a high level of proficiency creating property cashflows from scratch and the ability to run and adjust complex financial models

• Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration
