Company and Role Objectives:
Our client is a leading advisor in the industrial and logistics sector and working in partnership with the Real Estate arm of a global investment manager who are going live with a series fund later this year.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the appraisal of new acquisitions and existing development programmes for last mile logistics and mid-box in urban areas across the UK and have an appetite to work up to a deal originating role over time.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyse and underwrite investment opportunities and prepare/present investment analysis
Run due diligence processes with the support of internal and external functions
Assist in the execution of transactions including deal negotiations, structuring, completions and debt financings
Liaise with key stakeholders to support key underwriting assumptions
Prepare business plans and present at investment committees
Participate in meetings with investors, clients and advisors
Play a key role in deal screening meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working in a Real Estate investment manager, investment bank, private equity firm, or advisory firm
Demonstrable experience working on Real Estate acquisitions
Numerate with a high level of proficiency creating property cashflows from scratch and the ability to run and adjust complex financial models
Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Remuneration
