Our client is a global investment management company who provide direct real estate investment opportunities to institutional investors.
Reporting into the Head of UK Real Estate, you will provide business development and client service support to help maintain relationships with new and existing institutional investors and HNWI.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development Director
Use IR information tools to research and screen investors, identify potential targets, maintain accurate record of interactions, track and measure activity
Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM platform and investor portal
Updating various online portals with fund information
Assistance with updating investor pipeline reports
Assistance with preparation and formatting of key fundraising materials, DDQs and conference presentations
Support with ad-hoc investors requests
Providing support at investor conferences
Strong written, computer, research and analytical skills, with knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Proficiency across Salesforce and other CRM systems
Undergraduate degree and strong academics
Excellent interpersonal skills and existing relationship building skills
Knowledge of investment management sales, client servicing and take-on processes would be an advantage but is not essential
Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous but not essential
Basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits and competitive bonus potential.
