MRICS Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor – Leading Property Consultancy

 

Falmouth Fairfax are working with a leading property consultancy who due to further expansion of their team are looking for a chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office with targeted career development and progression into an Associate Director level.

 

Remuneration:

£50,000 - £55,000 + benefits package + bonus

 

The Role:

The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be able to run both professional and project mandates with autonomy and lead the client relationships.  Professional work will include party wall matters, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, PPM and due diligence and Project work covering the Contracts Administration / Employers Agent role on projects covering major commercial office, leisure, residential (regeneration and high-end), hotel / high-end private members clubs, industrial and retail mixed-use schemes and project monitoring on larger schemes.

 

You will report into one of the Associate Directors and have responsibility for leading client presentation and business development.  They are looking for an ambitious individual who would be keen to gain management experience growing and mentoring the junior surveyors and who will work well within a person focused business.

 

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying.
  • Ideally 2+ years PQE with a 50/50 mix of professional and Project work
  • Personality: Proactive and professional with good communication and relationship building skills.
