The Company:
Our client is a substantial private property Investment Company with a Central London portfolio in excess of £1bn AUM. The portfolio is directly managed, mixed-use (commercial and residential) and the assets are undergoing a large value add programme.
The Role:
This is a newly created position to support the Property Management team in the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include:
- Manage operations including white goods, remedial actions, helpdesk, maintenance, cleaning, and power downs 
- Proactively address service issues and complaints 
- Ensure facilities are delivered to specification and meet KPIs and agreed process/cost/reporting requirements 
- Attend client and residents’ meetings 
- Develop a close working relationship with resident representatives 
- Inspect all properties 
- Ensure high site standards are achieved 
- Act as first point of contact in the event of emergency situations 
- Mobilisation of new sites as requested 
- Assist in the preparation of the annual service charge budget 
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements 
Candidate requirements:
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualified 
- Hard & soft Facilities Management experience 
- Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills 
Remuneration:
A basic salary of up to £60,000- dependant on experience- plus corporate benefits and bonus.
