Our client is a substantial private property Investment Company with a Central London portfolio in excess of £1bn AUM. The portfolio is directly managed, mixed-use (commercial and residential) and the assets are undergoing a large value add programme.
This is a newly created position to support the Property Management team in the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include:
Manage operations including white goods, remedial actions, helpdesk, maintenance, cleaning, and power downs
Proactively address service issues and complaints
Ensure facilities are delivered to specification and meet KPIs and agreed process/cost/reporting requirements
Attend client and residents’ meetings
Develop a close working relationship with resident representatives
Inspect all properties
Ensure high site standards are achieved
Act as first point of contact in the event of emergency situations
Mobilisation of new sites as requested
Assist in the preparation of the annual service charge budget
Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements
Hard & soft Facilities Management experience
Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills
A basic salary of up to £60,000- dependant on experience- plus corporate benefits and bonus.
