The Company:

Our client is a substantial private property Investment Company with a Central London portfolio in excess of £1bn AUM. The portfolio is directly managed, mixed-use (commercial and residential) and the assets are undergoing a large value add programme.

The Role:

This is a newly created position to support the Property Management team in the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage operations including white goods, remedial actions, helpdesk, maintenance, cleaning, and power downs

  • Proactively address service issues and complaints

  • Ensure facilities are delivered to specification and meet KPIs and agreed process/cost/reporting requirements

  • Attend client and residents’ meetings

  • Develop a close working relationship with resident representatives

  • Inspect all properties

  • Ensure high site standards are achieved

  • Act as first point of contact in the event of emergency situations

  • Mobilisation of new sites as requested

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual service charge budget

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements

Candidate requirements:

  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualified

  • Hard & soft Facilities Management experience

  • Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills


A basic salary of up to £60,000- dependant on experience- plus corporate benefits and bonus.
