Our client is a leading pan-European real estate company focused on logistics and distribution properties.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Analyst to join their Portfolio Management team and be responsible for performing a variety of analytical duties associated with managing a large portfolio of logistic properties in Europe.
The main duties will include the corporate modelling and analysis required to maintain and develop quarterly financial models and providing historical reporting on the portfolio’s leasing, capex, and major asset management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and refine monthly and quarterly reporting processes to produce operational metrics, variance reporting, cash forecasting, capital management, lease pipeline review and asset management fee calculations.
Produce and update presentations targeted at senior stakeholders.
Perform in-depth quarterly forward-looking valuation models to assess future performance.
Develop relationships with regional analysts and asset managers and participate in weekly leasing meetings.
Review investment committee papers and assist the regional teams accurately presenting their business case.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
The Analyst must possess the following:
Demonstrable experience in portfolio or held- asset analysis within the commercial real estate field.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong knowledge of Excel
Deep interest in portfolio and property-level asset management decision making and capital allocation strategy.
European language skills are a plus but not required.
Remuneration
The likely salary range for this role would be £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits, though there may be a little flexibility on this.
