Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – High-end Residential – Client side

Falmouth Fairfax are working exclusively with a small but exceptionally successful high-end residential central London investment, development and management business who have successfully redeveloped multiple projects both in London and across Europe. Due to further schemes, they are looking to bring on a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to contribute the full 360 development process of a number of high-end residential schemes.

Remuneration:
£50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The role:
The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be joining a business with an exceptional culture and team in the London office and will contribute to overseeing the cradle to grave development cycle of their high-end residential projects. Developments are a mix of cut and carve, extension / basement dig, refurbishment and new build, in prime London post codes, with construction costs between £3 million and £20 million. The role will report into the head of development and work closely with the acquisitions team looking at the front-end viability and with the appointment of the professional consultant teams take the projects through planning, design, contractor appointment and build to FF&E completion and sale / lease.

They are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in high-end residential project management, JCT D&B and construction management contracts and who has the commercial acumen, attention to detail and drive.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are going through their next growth phase with secured capital ready to deploy and a number of potential new acquisitions in the pipeline in addition to the current projects.

Requirements:

• MRICS / MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field

• Circa 6 years’ experience in development focused primarily on high-end / luxury residential projects valued between £2 million and £20 million.

• Good experience in JCT contract set up, consultant and contractor team management and leading the master programme and project through to completion.

• Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal and time management skills.
