Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Office occupier fit-out - London.

We are currently working with a dynamic multi award winning commercial consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to delivering projects within London’s creative, fashion and technology space.  They are continuing to expand their team of bright, enthusiastic, driven individuals and are looking for a Project Manager with experience in occupier office fit-out to join their team.

Remuneration:
£50,000 - £65,000 with targeted bonus on individual revenue

The Role:
The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will join a dynamic team in their east London office and be primarily responsible for working with occupier clients and helping them to delivery their new office spaces.  The role will cover the 360 process from initial client engagement and design through managing the contractor teams in delivery to occupation with projects generally valued between £200,000 and £3 million.  They have an exceptional client base predominantly within the creative, fashion and tech industries and therefore are looking for someone who is keen to work within these fast-paced environment.  They are ideally looking for a recently MRICS qualified Project Manger who is ambitious and looking to drive their career forward in a reward-based environment.

What we are looking for:

  • MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management

  • Experience running 360 projects within the office or retail CAT-B fit-out space.

  • Experience in client engagement / business development or keen interest in developing your skills in this area.

  • Personality:  Fun, social, ambitious, and commercially astute with future leader potential.
