​A successful retail investment and asset manager focused on shopping centres and retail led destinations, is seeking a Property Manager to join their Asset Management team based in central London. Reporting directly to the Head of Property Management, this person’s summary role responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day management of a national portfolio of commercial assets

• Management of the health and safety across their managed portfolio

• Providing lease management advice and managing tenants

• Managing all aspects of reporting

• Management of internal surveyors, on-site staff and external surveyors.

• Good management of single and multi-site tendering of contracts.

• Oversee and deliver an effective strategy for the management of marketing and commercialisation across the managed portfolio where applicable

Person Experience

• Previous experience in commercial property management including retail- c. 2 years if retail / shopping centre focused, 3/4 if non- retail focused

• MRICS preferred but not essential

• Good knowledge of RICS code of practice for service charge

• Reasonable knowledge on H&S legislation and statutory requirements for commercial buildings

• Understanding of basic marketing practices

• Good written language skills

• Strong attention to detail 

​Remuneration

Salary will be dependent on the successful candidates’ current level and prior experience plus a discretionary bonus.
