Quantity Surveyor – Leading Surveying and Construction Consultancy
We are currently working with an award-winning multidisciplinary surveying and construction consultancy that work on impressive development schemes across the UK. They are an established SME with 100 people the business, providing a range of services to both public and private sector clients in the residential, commercial and educational sectors. As they continue to grow year on year and take on bigger schemes with more clients, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and support this growth moving forward.
Remuneration:
£30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
The Role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in their London office with a flexible working set up and report directly into an Associate/Chartered Surveyor. They will be responsible for supporting the team on multiple residential and commercial development projects, assisting with the preparation of budgets, cost plans and cost forecasts on multiple schemes simultaneously.
The team are a dynamic group of professionals driving the core function of the consultancy practice with an excellent client base and a strong project pipeline for 2023. The business have excellent progression opportunities, they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor that would look to progress into a Senior/Chartered position in the near future.

Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Two - three years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably in residential/commercial development
Experience in cost modelling, cost planning, risk analysis and financial reporting
On route to APC or a strong motivation to obtain this
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
High levels of attention to detail and has the ability to independently solve problems
