Our client is a global investment management company who provide direct real estate investment opportunities to institutional investors.

Role Overview

Reporting into the Head of Transactions, this person will be a member of our client’s Transactions team and will support the team in the acquisition or sale of individual assets/portfolios across different markets and ultimately support senior investment professionals on the delivery of their UK strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working across different sectors (office, retail, industrial, residential and alternatives) and across the risk-return spectrum (core, value-add, and opportunistic).

  • Prepare investment briefings and memorandums for investment committees and third party capital partners.

  • Developing and preparing detailed financial models in Excel to evaluate prospective real estate investment opportunities.

  • Assisting on origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, execution, and disposal of assets.

  • Forming a network of contacts in the sector and staying on top of the acquisitions, development and disposition activity across the market.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience within real estate investment management/investment banking/corporate finance/investment sales.

  • MRICS qualified with client-side investment management experience.

  • Excellent numerical and modelling skills with the ability to build models in Microsoft Excel from scratch.

  • Comfortable with operational aspects of commercial real estate, return metrics, and financing structures.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.


Up to £70,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits and competitive bonus potential.
