As the business continues to grow and acquire news sites, our client is seeking to fill a new role-Regional Operations Manager- North(6 sites).
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the site general managers and create a link between operating locations and company/functional teams. Overseeing performance, this individual will take responsibility for the overall performance of locations across their region at varied stages of development – mature, recent openings and new phase additions.
Role responsibilities will include:
People community & Culture
Manage performance review routines with your team.
Kallidus completions within region
Support recruitment process; including final interviews for all hires in your region.
Oversight and development of community event and member benefit programming.
Trading and commercial performance
Balance score card achievement.
Routine collaboration for focus site, further phase and new opening planning process.
Managing budgets and planning expenditures to ensure profitability.
Monitor financial performance of the region.
Operations, compliance, and safety
Agree schedule, conduct and report on regional audit programme.
Manage regional compliance standards, risk flagging and escalations.
Develop, maintain and monitor regional relationships for cleaning, F&B, building and asset management contracts.
Achieve operational excellence by delivering brand standards and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be from a flex or serviced office background with demonstrable operations and regional or cluster site management. The location that this role could be based from is flexible (within the region of the role) but is most likely to be Leeds or Manchester.Candidates must have experience managing a region or cluster within flex offices and must be willing to travel regularly.
A likely basic salary of c.£75,000 - dependant on experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.
