Our client is a substantial private property Investment Company with a large directly managed commercial and residential portfolio, with a Central London concentration.
The role objective will be to directly manage and oversee the day-to-day lettings, renewals and property management operational activities of a portfolio of AST assets, ensuring compliance and statutory obligations are maintained, optimum net income recovery is achieved, and Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes are executed to maximise rents and occupancy.
In addition to the above management responsibilities, the role will also involve:
Identifying and assisting value add initiatives.
Providing transactional support for new investment acquisitions/disposals.
Assisting with the identification and justification of asset disposals.
Prepare annual service charge budgets.
Experience from a leading surveying Firm/Property Company or Fund background.
Experience in managing individual residential properties (AST experience on the client side would be a big plus)
Strong negotiation skills, with a sharp commercial acumen.
Demonstrable experience of service charge strategy.
Highly skilled in MS Word and Yardi and/or Propman
Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000- dependant on experience- plus corporate benefits and bonus.
Please note this role will be mainly office based with 1 day per week from home.
