​The Company:

Our client is a leading retail focused asset management partner to major private equity and institutional JV partners. With a long track record of implementing dynamic and innovative strategies via asset and development management they are now growing the team due to increased demand from their partners. This position will be senior asset manager level, managing a very large, development focused shopping centre regeneration and repositioning project.

Key Role responsibilities:

• Continuing development and repositioning of the centre

• Maximising the financial performance

• Delivering appropriate cost management against Business Plan

• Responsible for making commercially aware and financially robust recommendations

• Managing the relationship with the JV Partner

• Working alongside the development team ensuring asset management strategy is embedded within the development process

• Overseeing more junior internal asset managers and external advisors

The candidate:

Key attributes sought by the client include:

• Experience working on large in-town shopping centre assets

• Large project/ development experience, within an asset management context

• Demonstrable track record of active asset management on large assets

• Strong numerical skills

• Experience reporting to a JV partner / external stakeholder

• Good retailer contacts

• Strong track record with direct tenant negotiations

• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset

Remuneration:

A salary of c.£100,000 plus some benefits and a competitive bonus.
