Role Summary:

Our client, a prominent central London Estate, is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their Asset Management team. Working on a prominent retail led central London portfolio, the role will manage a mixture of retail, residential and offices assets.

Key role responsibilities:

Key role responsibilities will include:

  • To provide support to the senior team and assist with input into the estate's strategic direction.

  • To assist with the review, preparation and implementation of individual asset and business plans, to including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Support to drive sustainable rental growth through new leasing initiatives, rent reviews and lease renewals.

  • Support the Head of Retail and F&B leasing, in the delivery of new business.

  • Support in the leasing and management of the residential market let portfolio.

  • Support in the leasing of the office portfolio.

  • Identify opportunities and oversee the delivery of small works projects and development initiatives.

  • Assist in obtaining VP to assemble development sites.

  • Assist to provide strategic direction and appropriate guidance and leadership for the team. 

  • Manage external consultants, agents and contractors.

  • Develop relationships with existing occupiers and key stakeholders.

Experience and skills requirements:

  • 8 + years’ experience of working with high profile retail and leisure or mixed use portfolios or estates.

  • Primary experience in asset management, with an element of leasing/ transactional exposure, with a good landlord and tenant focus

  • Preferably RICS qualified

Remuneration

This role has a competitive basic salary which will be dependent on previous experience, plus generous corporate benefits, and a discretionary bonus.
