A specialist UK logistics & industrial development and asset manager focused on executing value-add and development strategies is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their growing team prompted by recent acquisitions and growing PE partner interest.

Role Purpose

Own and drive portfolio outperformance across London urban logistics and a wider UK portfolio: aggressive leasing, targeted regears, disciplined capex, and lender-grade reporting.

Role overview

Mandate: maximise income, occupancy, and valuation while managing risk and covenant headroom with role coverage in the following key areas:

  • Lead negotiations on lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and targeted regears

  • Drive external agents with clear KPIs

  • Maintain deep network across London logistics agents

  • Produce quarterly lender packs and fund reporting

  • Define scopes, appoint PM/contractors, manage programmes, sign-off practical completion

  • Implement pragmatic ESG upgrades and ensure statutory and policy compliance.

  • Coordinate with tenants, PMs, lawyers, valuers, lenders, and JV partners

  • Input to hold/sell decisions; prepare data rooms; support DD on acquisitions/disposals where relevant.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 7–12 years’ asset management experience within UK industrial/logistics; demonstrable London leasing track record.

  • Proven broker network across London logistics

  • Advanced Excel: leasing cashflows, rent review modelling, incentives analysis, sensitivity tables

  • Comfort with lender-grade reporting

  • Full UK Driving License

Salary & Remuneration

A salary range of £110,000 - £140,000, dependant on experience, plus a discretionary, performance related bonus at PE level.
