Senior Project Manager / Associate Director – Expanding Start-up – Hotel / Industrial portfolio
We are currently working with an amazing project and building consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to project and development management space with a tier one client base. Established just before the pandemic they have expanded to c.10 people and are looking to bring an additional Senior Project Manager / Associate Director into the team.
Remuneration:
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus 15% - 25%

The Role:
The Senior Project Manager / Associate Director will join a driven and social team in their London office and be responsible for running multiple new build and refurbishment projects valued between £2 million and £10+ million within the hotel and retail warehousing space. In addition, you will have the opportunity to oversee larger £20+ million development monitoring work. The ideal Project Manager will have had experience leading hotel projects between 100 and 500 bed and ideally an ambition to focus their business development within this space and grow a small team below them. Due to the geography of the current projects and existing team and southeast London based individual could be ideal for this position.

Requirements:
MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management or Building Surveying
4+ years PQE experience running 360 projects preferably within the hotel and retail mixed use sectors valued between £2 million and £20 million
Experience in an Employers Agent and / or Development Monitoring role would be advantageous
Experience in business development or keen interest in developing your skills in this area.
