​We are currently working closely with one of the UK’s leading SME’s, an independent multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy that work on high profile development projects across the UK. As they continue to grow and oversee the development of bigger projects, they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join the residential regeneration team and support the team in overseeing various projects from inception through to completion.


Remuneration:

£55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus


The Role:

The successful Senior Project Manager will be based in the London office and report into the Development Partner, they will support the residential regeneration team on various large schemes across the UK. The Project Manager will input into the 360-development cycle and encompass all technical aspects of Project Management on a variety of different projects, with a focus on high end retirement living, leisure centres and ground remediation. These are large development schemes for well-regarded clients that range from £50 million - £200 million in GDV.


The Senior Project Manager will join the strong and dynamic residential regeneration team and work closely with the project managers, building surveyors and quantity surveyors throughout the development of their mixed-use residential, commercial and industrial development schemes.

Requirements:

  • MRICS or equivalent Professional Qualification preferred

  • Degree qualified or has relevant educational background

  • Excellent standards of numeracy and literacy

  • In-depth awareness of the design, procurement and construction process

  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High levels of attention to detail and has the ability to independently solve problems
