Senior Project Manager – Big box Industrial development – Client-side
We are currently working closely with a leading pan-European industrial / logistics investor, developer and manager with a £1+ billion asset portfolio. As they continue to deploy capital in the acquisitions of green and brown field sites in addition to redeveloping their existing asset portfolio, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Development Project Manager who will join the team a lead their big box industrial developments from cradle to grave.

The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will report into the head to technical delivery and the UK head of Asset Management and will lead large c.100,000 Sqft – 800,000+ Sqft brown and green field new build developments. The Project Manager will input into the 360-development cycle from initial feasibility and DD at acquisition through planning, design and procurement and oversight of the consultant and contractor teams in delivery. The majority of the direct development schemes will be £50+ million in construction cost and based in the south and midlands geography.
The Project Manager would be joining a dynamic and close team and will work closely with the asset manager, finance and wider business teams as they drive their expansion strategy over the coming years.
The business has an exceptional culture with a focus on sustainability, personal development and they are looking for a proactive individual who has experience on large scale £30+ million industrial and logistic developments or a similar asset class such as large-scale retail or pharma.
Requirements:
MRICS qualified preferable with a Degree in Project Management or Building surveying.
Solid experience leading the 360-development process of brown and green field Industrial and Logistic sites above 50,000 Sqft.
Commercially astute with good stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Strong communication and organisation skills to work within a fast passed environment.
