Senior Project Manager – High-end office, residential and health portfolio - London
We are currently working with an exceptionally dynamic and ambitious non-traditional project and cost management consultancy who are experiencing sustained growth due to a number of project wins and are looking to bring a Senior Project Manager into their team. Based in central London they certainly have a different outlook to many traditional consultancy practices and have a professional, high calibre team that work hand in hand with their clients to deliver exceptional projects. They are looking for a MRICS Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to focus on commercial office, high-end residential and private health refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects.
Remuneration:
£60,000 - £75,000 (flexible depending on experience)

The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be joining a fantastic team of high-achievers in their modern London office and be responsible for leading the 360-project management of a mix of high-end residential, office fit-out and private health projects generally valued between £5 million and £20 million across London and continental Europe for their investment and development clients
They are looking for a commercially astute and driven chartered individual who has experience of autonomously running projects, reporting into client stakeholders and ideally someone who has experience or an interest in business development and management as they are a growing business. They offer excellent CPD and promotion prospects for the Project Manager to develop into an Associate Director within 12 – 24 months.
Requirements:
MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management
Experience running projects preferably within the high-end London office, residential and private health sectors between £5 million and £20 million.
Ambitious to develop your experience into a Senior or Associate Director level role and become a key part of the business.
Experience in business development and a keen interest in developing your skills in this area.
