Senior Project Manager / Associate Director – Specialist Building and Project Management Consultancy
We are currently working closely with a specialist Building and Project Management Consultancy that have a strong entrepreneurial team all supporting and overseeing high profile developments for some of the UK’s most well-regarded clients. They are a small team c.12 that offer a bespoke service and are leaders in the office new build, refurb and fit-out, industrial and retail mixed-use development sectors. As they continue to grow and take on bigger scheme’s, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and support in overseeing various development projects from inception through to completion.
Remuneration:
£60,000 - £70,000 Bonus 10% - 25%

The Role:
The successful Senior Project Manager / Associate Director will be based in their London office and report directly into the company Director. You will be responsible for taking a lead role and ownership of a number of clients and commercial office value add and fit-out schemes valued between £2 million and £10 million through the technical project management process.
The Senior Project Manager will join a small team of dynamic professionals who punch well above their weight working with tier one clients. They are looking for the Senior Project Manager to progress into a leadership role within the business.

Requirements:
MRICS or equivalent Professional Qualification preferred
Degree qualified in Project Management or Building surveying
2+ years post qualified experience leading commercial office CAT A / B and Value add developments
Experience in a Employers Agent and Development Monitoring role would be advantageous
In-depth awareness of the design, procurement and construction process
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
High levels of attention to detail and has the ability to independently solve problems
Personality: Fun, social, ambitious with future leadership potential
