Falmouth Fairfax are working in partnership with a leading nursery provider with 30+ sites across Europe as they drive their expansion into the UK market. As part of this expansion, they are looking to bring into the team a Talent Acquisitions Manager to source the best talent to enable the operational running of the UK business and sites.
Collaborate with the wider HR team and management to fill current and future openings.
Create and draft job specifications and marketing strategies.
Advise managers on the recruitment process and routes to market.
Identify, attract and manage candidates.
Act as the first point of contact for all candidate applications and undertake initial screening and selection review.
Manage hiring process, from screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating and offer management.
If using external agencies to assist with the recruitment oversee the selection, negotiation of terms of business and compliance of agencies on the PSL.
Ensure compliance with current and future legislation around Diversity & Inclusion, data protection and security.
Attending networking events to meet brand and cultural needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Degree educated (preferably in Human Resources or Business).
CIPD qualifications desirable.
Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or Human Resources (within nursery or education sectors would be advantageous).
Excellent communication skills.
Experience using a variety of talent acquisitions methods and the ability to be the face of a growing business.
You have good organisational and time management ability to oversee and run multiple recruitment processes at different stages.
You are fluent in English - German language skills would be a plus.
