About the Role:

Our client is seeking a commercially aware and outgoing individual with analytical skills to join the asset management team reporting to the Head of Asset Management. This role will involve all aspects of asset management including the creation and implementation of business plans principally designed to develop and enhance net income and value. The business plans may involve alternative uses such as residential, office and leisure and an important part of this job will be to challenge traditional thinking of how retail centres work.

In addition to the asset management responsibilities, the successful candidate has the opportunity to assist with the due diligence on investment purchases and sales.

Sought skills and experience:

• MRICS (preferred but not essential)

• Previous asset management experience preferred.

• Experience of retail, leisure or F&B an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills

• A good understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.

Remuneration:

The basic salary for this role will vary depending on the prior experience of the successful candidate but it is likely to be in the £70,000 - £80,000 range plus bonus.
