As the portfolio continues to grow, the business is recruiting for a new, sales focused, senior level General Manager for their new South East London site which is currently being developed and will have c. 800 desks. The successful candidate will join pre-opening and will help with the mobilisation and opening of the site location.
Role objectives
Business development within the local community and sales of the 800 desks from pre-launch stage onwards, delivering targeted occupancy percentage.
Achieving location budget and KPI’s.
Leading the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey, providing great service.
Creating a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community through leadership.
Role responsibilities
Trading & Business Performance:
Focusing on business development and sales of the 800 desks from pre-launch stage onwards, managing a pipeline of sales through proactive and reactive management of leads.
Creating, implementing, reviewing and revising the location sales plan.
Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on sales and finance.
People, Community & Culture:
Creating a proposed calendar of community activities/events to enhance engagement.
Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members for the location.
Creating and managing ongoing personal development plans for your team.
The candidate:
The successful candidate will be from a flexi or serviced office GM background. They will have a demonstrable sales track record of new sales and business development, ideally in a new location opening context (desirable but not essential).
Remuneration:
A basic salary of c.£60,000 - dependant on experience- plus benefits (including private healthcare) and bonus.
