Senior Development Project Manager– High-end Residential – Client side

Our client are an exceptionally successful high-end residential central London investment, development and management business who have successfully redeveloped multiple projects both in London and across Europe. Due to a number of secure schemes moving into the delivery stages they are looking to bring on a Senior Development Project Manager / Project Director who will focus on delivering their best-in-class schemes.

Remuneration:
£90,000 – £130,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The role:
The Project Manager will be joining a small Real Estate and Development team in the London office and will gain the full 360 development exposure whilst leading the construction delivery aspects of their high-end residential projects. Developments are a mix of cut and carve, extension / basement dig, refurbishment and new build, in prime London post codes, with construction costs between £5 million and £20 million and future schemes in pipeline at £50+ million. The role will report into the Head of Development and lead the appointment of the professional and contractor teams to take the projects through design and delivery with future career progression into a head of construction role.

They are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in high-end residential project management, JCT D&B who has the commercial acumen, attention to detail and drive succeed in a small business.

Requirements:

·        MRICS / MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field

·        Circa 10+ years’ experience in development focused primarily on high-end / luxury residential projects valued £20 + million.

·        Good experience in JCT contract set up, consultant and contractor team management and leading the master programme and project through to completion.

·        Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal and time management skills.
