As proud supporters of Breaking Barriers, we were thrilled to receive their 2022-2023 Impact Report. Here are some of the highlights from their dispatch:
1,104 clients supported - more than in any previous year
9,785 hours of support delivered - more than in any previous year
610 outcomes achieved by 419 clients - more than in any previous year
256 new jobs started by clients
40 corporate partners supporting clients
90% of clients reporting improved confidence in achieving their goals
83% of clients said they now have better chances of finding a role
They also outlined their key objectives for the 2024 and beyond:
To support more individuals in more geographies across the UK, such as Glasgow and Liverpool
To continue delivering high quality support to current regions
To help raise the profile of Breaking Barriers and it's work even further
To invest in the infrastructure critical to sustaining the growth of the charity, such as diversifying income streams and making investments in public fundraising
