The Company

Our client is a leading investment and asset manager focused on town centre and retail assets across the UK. With c. £1 billion under management and growing, this client is a market leader of repositioning community retail and town centres, working with leading equity investors, Local Authorities and a broad range of lenders across both equity and debt markets.

Role Objective

The objective of the role is to provide seamless reporting management support using knowledge of the real estate and retail environment. This will involve working across all teams in the internal business but mostly with the asset management team, as well as all third party stakeholders and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the established monthly and quarterly reporting processes for the asset managers

  • Assessment of the performance of individual assets and their occupiers to inform asset management, investment, development, and financing strategies and recommendations

  • Managing the managing agents - managing and collating all KPI data and interpreting results

  • Presenting analysis with clarity and commercial awareness

  • Managing the portfolio-wide Deals Schedule

  • Managing the monthly Tenancy Schedule and Turnover Sheet for the corporate website

  • Assisting with business plan analysis, portfolio analysis and reporting

  • Managing the development of efficiencies and/or automation within the team

Core Skills and Experience


It is likely that this individual will currently be sat in a property admin role and will be someone seeking a position that allows them to widen their exposure and reach within a broad role such as this. Prior experience and skills requirements include:

  • Real estate administration experience, ideally including retail and property management exposure

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • Able to manage large amounts of data

  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity to spot and analyse trends and patterns within data

  • Intermediate excel skills sufficient to design and deliver the above analysis unaided

  • Detail-focused

Remuneration

The basic salary of the role will be dependent on experience but will likely be up to £43,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
